Returns & Refunds
Your return explained step by step:
We all know it: you order products online that you like at first glance, but after trying them on they unfortunately do not fit or do not meet your expectations. In this case too, we naturally will not leave you in the lurch. That is why we offer you an ample period to try on your new styles. A return is possible with us within 30 days of shipping the order and is free of charge for you from all the EU countries ordered from. The purchase amount of the returned goods will be credited to your selected payment method within 14 working days after your return has been handed over to our warehouse.
Please follow the steps below for your return:
- Please use this delivery note or a copy for your return.
- Please fill in the return quantity.
- Please state the reason for your return.
- Pack your items in our box/our packaging or a box of your choice.
- Enclose the completed delivery note or a completed copy with your return.
- Stick your return label onto your parcel.
- Please take the return to a DHL store of your choice.

Important note on returning PRODUCT SETS:Please note that the TUNDRA175 FLEAR - SET (Kids collection) is only accepted as a return as a complete set. There is no refund if only one part of the set is sent back.
